Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours from our US warehouse, Monday to Saturday. Standard shipping is free on every order and takes 3 to 5 business days within the US. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Halloween cutoff: order by October 24 for delivery before October 31. Orders placed after that still ship within 24 hours, but may arrive after Halloween.
We also ship free to Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia and a handful of other countries. Delivery times there vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Return any unused set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including orders delivered in November. Send us your order number through the contact page and we send a prepaid label. Refunds reach your card within 5 business days of the return arriving with us.
Damaged or missing items
Send a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we've looked at it, we ship a replacement at no cost.
